Typisch Noord-Frans landschap/Northern France.

 Een afstand van 300 km door Luxemburg en Noord Frankrijk over vrijwel alleen secundaire wegen. Een prachtige relaxte tocht met lege kronkelweggetjes. Het laatste stuk door de bergen en het bos. TomTom ITN voor download hier.

De bestemming is Boersch, De Bed & Breakfast lijkt nog het meeste op villa Kakelbont. De kamer eigenlijk ook; een charmante combinatie van modern en oud, gelegen in een hele grote tuin. Clos Saint Leonard - zoals de B&B voluit heet - maakt deel uit van een 18de eeuws Benedictijner klooster complex. In de 19de eeuw is het uitgebreid en verfraaid naar de smaak van lokale kunstenaars.

Het laatste stuk voor Boersch is een soort motorrijders walhalla. Relatief snelle wegen over een dicht bebost bergachtig landschap. Een incidentele haarspeldbocht om je op je hoede te houden...

Destination is Boersch. The Bed and Breakfast looks like Pippi Longstocking's villa. The rooms too: a charming combination of ancient and modern, in a huge garden.
Clos Saint Leonard - the B&B's full name - is part of an 18th century Benedictine abbey. In the 19th century, the villa was enlarged and embellished by local artists.

The last stretch of the journey is a rider's Walhalla. Relatively fast roads through a hilly dense forest. An incidental hairpin to keep you on guard...
