I wonder who thought of that name for this viewpoint, some 300 meters (1000 feet) above the Colorado river?

A few facts:

- This bend is 9 km downstream from the Glen Canyon Dam that separates Lake Powell from the Colorado River.
- The water level in Lake Powell is roughly 220 meters above the downstream river.
- It's just a 1.2 km hike from the road to this overlook; but that's enough through loose sand at 100°F (38°C).
- This viewpoint is the number one suicide location in Arizona.
